He definitely inspired confidence that he would get to the bottom of every single one of them. We left them in his capable hands, and he completely delivered! Even if some of the answers were not what we were hoping for, he GOT answers, and that means a lot! On top of that, he is hyper-responsive. I will send an email and get a reply within 15 minutes. A phone call is answered right away, and if he has to call back, he does it as soon as humanly possible.
